Everything was quickly, there was no problems, just normal stress when you are buying a house, this is my third one, so I knows how it is. I wish we had checked the HOA prior put an offer, so that would not be a surprise they charge a fee do $3.000.00 to get into this community, but as a goog negotiator, we got a deal and we ended paying half of it. Is was a pretty bad surprise. But everything else was smooth deal. Thanks to everyone that work with us. Especially, Kate and Thomas. We appreciate it. Eddy, Alexa and Joshua.
